Here’s a creepy thought. Next time a DNA match is used and the odds are something crazy like 1 in 150 billion or 1 in 3 trillion, don’t be so sure of those odds. What really sucks is the FBI doesn’t want to get to the bottom of this, in the hopes that we can make the science of DNA analysis even better. They just want to shut the analysts up.
