>I don’t know what it is about the news right now, but I saw 3 particularly evil stories all in one day. It needs to stop.
First up, we have the story of Ali Kimia, a man with the words “Why try” tattooed on his head. He sure did try…to kill the man he carjacked. He took the poor old guy’s car and some personal belongings after choking him out, and then came back to the scene to resume strangling him. Apparently, had someone not intervened, he would have choked the poor old guy to death.
Next is Joshua Tabor, who held his 4-year-old daughter’s head under water because she would not do her ABCs. She also had bruises all over, when she wets herself, he makes her sit in it until he gives her permission to change, and she locks herself in a closet because she’s afraid of her father. The worst part about the whole story is that the girlfriend called it in only because Tabor was drunk and walking around with his Kevlar helmet threatening to break windows. The way the kid was being treated seemed only to be a secondary concern.
And finally, we have Jullius Antwon Coleman, who burned his girlfriend with an iron because he didn’t like how she ironed his clothes. But there’s more to the story. She told doctors that she had been given to Coleman by her previous boyfriend. Given? This girl must be slow, or so badly abused that she doesn’t know up from down, or both. But good on her for going into the drug store and screaming when he finally let her go in somewhere alone.
Yeesh! That’s just a pile of evil. I hate it when I see so much of it at the same time. It gives me the creeps.
