Shawn Martines was in a bit of a fix. Ya see, he had allowed a girl to put handcuffs on him, thinking they were toy ones. He soon found out that they were real, and couldn’t get them off. Well, he had gotten the left off, but the right was too hard. So, he decided to flag down a police officer to help him. The officer asked him first if he could pat him down for weapons. The officer soon found a hypodermic needle and some pills that he didn’t have a prescription for. So, the officer’s job was made really easy. He just put the left handcuff back on. How many times do suspects come to cops half handcuffed already?
