“Hello, 911? Yes. My name is Antonio Recinos and I would like to lodge a complaint.

“So what happened was I was trying to buy…Oh excuse me operator, I see one of Connecticut’s finest in the area, so if you don’t mind I’ll skip the middle man and present my concerns directly. thank you, you have been most helpful.

“Excuse me, officer? Officer? Officer! Yes. I wish to complain about a shady businessman. Do you see this, officer? Yes, this small bag in my hand. This bag *should* contain $40 worth of cocaine, because that’s what I paid for. However as you can plainly see as a man of experience in these matters, this is by no means the appropriate amount. I, officer, have been shorted, and request that justice be done and reparations be made.

“Pardon me? Well yes, as a matter of fact I have been drinking. And while I’m sure that possession is very much against the law, so to is not holding up your end of a deal. We had a contract!

“Oh, you wish me to accompany you to the station? By all means, I would be happy to provide a statemen…Interesting, I don’t recall witnesses being handcuffed. Is this a new procedure? Come to think of it, thearresting them for narcotics possession and giving them a March 30th court datepart is also a new one. But whatever you say, you’re making the rules. Just as long as I don’t end up in a cell with that filthy con artist.”
