Melvin L. Jackson is pretty stupid if he thought his reasoning was good. Either way, he’s creepy.

A woman was walking when she suddenly felt lightheaded and went to sit down. She passed out, and Jackson raped her right there on the sidewalk. Someone saw it and started screaming for help. When he was arrested, he said he thought she was dead.

So…that’s supposed to make it all better? Maybe he went to the Mark Dixie school of defence strategies.
