Sometimes this stuff is way too easy.
According to a SLED affidavit dated Feb. 18, Officer Marshall Lee Hardin, II was in his parked patrol car at Woodward Park on Ballpark Road back on Dec. 13, 2015. Hardin, the affidavit continues, was watching pornography on his personal phone when he performed a sex act on himself in his car and in a nearby public restroom. He is also accused of exposing himself outside of his car.
Hardin…Woodward…Ballpark…yes, I am in fact a child. Why do you ask?
The misconduct in office charge Hardin faces is no laughing matter, however. If found guilty of interrogating the witness, he could face a maximum of 10 years in prison.
