At about 2:30 pm Monday, there was a report of a male masturbating inside the Kum and Go at 418 South Federal Avenue. The male allegedly exposed himself to at least one person inside the store before driving away in a blue SUV.
Gabriel Newell-Terren Lee, 18, was taken into custody and charged with indecent exposure. No information was given about his release, which you can interpret however you’d like.
