I’ll admit I’m not very familiar with his solo work so maybe I should have, but I didn’t expect it to sound like that.
Normally I’m not a fan of the silly ass descriptions of bands and songs that artists or their publicists insist on cramming into every press release, but describing Arkansas as “Dixieland dipped in bluegrass and salted with Delta blues” actually seems about right.
