Ok, people. We have established that guide dogs can’t read maps, traffic lights, street signs or the news. Now, let’s clear something else up while we’re at it. Dogs aren’t writing anything either.
There’s a Facebook page called Zoe the Seeing Eye dog. In it, Zoe’s handler writes as if she is the dog, like some of you might remember me doing in the Trixie days. But I thought everybody would know that it was the handler writing as the dog, like people pretend to write like their babies or like their pets. Apparently, someone actually thought the dog was writing those posts, and marveled at how smart Zoe is.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m sure Zoe is a very smart dog…but I doubt she’s Fifteen Dogs Smart! 🤦‍♀️
