Believe it or not, the world’s airlines are still mishandling musicians’ guitars. And believe it or not, some musicians aren’t quite as nice about it as Dave Carroll was.
On the way to record my new album US Airways lost my gate-checked guitar and has not replaced it. This is my ode to them and their fantastic service.
