A realization

I had a funny thought strike me as I walked home tonight. Trixie and I were walking along and as we passed a group of dudes, one said, “What a beautiful girl.” I smiled and said, “yeah, she’s an awesome dog,” and kept going.

a little while later, I thought, “Ya know, someone could hit on me and I wouldn’t even know it. I’d just think they were complimenting the dog!”
