Uh, um, er, remember our recent old buddy Daniel Cunningham? Ya know, the delicensed chiropractor/landlord who thought it would be cool to turn his tenants into guinea pigs? Well, it appears that he’s crazy as a loon! Yup, there’s no other way to put it. According to him, the laws to prevent the illegal injection of who knows what into his tenants were created by aliens who are controling the media and eating people down below.
