I know unions are supposed to look out for their members, but sometimes, like in the case ofDavid Justka,it might be best to just let him go.
Speaking of letting him go, the Erie Metropolitan Transit Authority has tried to do just that…twice. The reason? He’s hit 3 pedestrians since 2000, one of whom is taking the big nap now. The union got him his job back after that one, and now they’re trying to save him again by arguing, among things, that his previous record isn’t relevant to his current firing. That would be the current firing that stems from him smoking that teenaged girl in September.
Fucking scumbags. That is all.
