Jorge Garcia sounds like quite the specimen. He was partying on New Years Day with his wife and some others, and they had a baby with them. Yeah, real responsible. They stopped on some road and were screaming and yelling and cursing. Police heard the driver was armed, so came to break things up. When they tried to arrest Garcia, he held the baby up like a shield and told them to tase the baby. The baby was taken out of his arms and because he was still being a dipshit, he was tased. Ha ha. The wife was arrested too. Wow. Both parents were idiots. That can only bring great things to the poor baby.
