Dallas Smith, 18, who as previously mentionedstabbed a dude for teasing her about having smelly feet,has beensentenced to 15 months in jail and told to complete a six-page research paper on the topic of excess alcohol consumption’s tendency to destroy lives.She has until May of 2012 to write the report.
“Let me be absolutely clear: This case is not about smelly feet. It is about binge drinking and (the) criminal behavior that did flow from that,” Snohomish County Superior Court Judge David Kurtz said during the hearing.
for her part, Smith did apologize following the incident for what she called a “great error in judgment,” so maybe there’s some hope for her yet.
