Well, I have a small update to the elevator story. They were quite good about going up and down with me late at night and early in the morning, and by mid morning, the manager said things were fixed. For now, I think I feel safe in the elevator, although I catch myself trying to take note of which elevator I’m getting into.
I still haven’t heard from head office, and I really do want to hear what their thoughts are on how tohandle things better. I probably won’t get much of a response, but I can try.
But at least the elevator got fixed.
