I know Great Big Sea has done their share of covers, but I guess I didn’t know how many. A while back I learned about Run Runaway, and now, thanks to CBC Radio 2 Morning and their new Trivial Commute game, it’s come to my attention that they didn’t even write what I’d argue is their most famous song. Yes, I’m telling you that they didn’t write When I’m Up I Can’t Get Down. A British group called Oysterband did that in 1993. Here’s what it sounds like.
