Verne Gagne’s WWE Hall of Fame video. Verne Gagne, who I think it’s safe to say is near the top of the list of most important people in wrestling history not named McMahon, died Monday at the age of 89. Not only was he a legendary college, Olympic and pro wrestler himself becoming one of …

Sorry I haven’t been posting as much lately. I decided to rest my brain a touch and also to actually make some good progress on my goddamn VC to do list. Yes, the one I’ve had in mind basically since we moved the place over from Blogger in…2012? Yeah, 2012. Jesus. And amazingly, I think …
I’m not sure what prompted it, but it’s nice to see the Fight Network picking up its wrestling game again. After announcing TNA a few weeks ago, the station has now made some sort of deal with Tommy Dreamer’s House of Hardcore. It looks like a temporary promotional deal to plug the show coming up …

It’s been a while, so let us talk some wrestling. I’m watching NXT, and the crowd brought to mind something I’ve been meaning to mention. Can we please knock off the “this is wrestling” chants? It’s one of the stupidest chants I’ve ever heard. We all know what we’re watching. We don’t need you to …

Anything Rogers could build …
As of March 17th, WWE Network should be available to you if you are either a Shaw or Shaw Direct customer. If you’re regular Shaw, you can find it on channel 225, and on Shaw Direct, either 117 or 617 is what you’re looking for as far as I can tell.
Time for some more wrestling talk. See you soon, everyone who comes here for dick jokes or dog stories. 1. Even with all of the recent drama, you expect Brock Lesnar to re-sign with the WWE. First things first, everyone needs to stop saying “the WWE,” because the World Wrestling Entertainment makes no sense and …

Here’s a bit of news that fills my 6-year-old heart with so much joy. WWE is re-releasing The Wrestling Album and Piledriver on vinyl as a 2 album set for this year’s Record Store Day. I have both of these on tape somewhere, but I have no idea if they’ll play anymore thanks to some …
