What the hell? Because Peter Tubic didn’t pay parking violations for having no license plate on his car, violations that grew from $50 to $2600, the city is going to foreclose on his house, even though the house is paid for, and he’s been paying property taxes. I could maybe understand them taking the car, but the house? Nuts!
