If there’s anyone out there looking at their Bill Cosby Centre In The Square ticket and thinking of it as more of an, well, ill Cosby ticket, and would rather do something else with their evening, here’s an idea of an alternative event.
It looks like it was organized by a group of volunteers, and the funds raised go to Women’s Crisis Services of Waterloo Region and the Sexual Assault Support Centre of Waterloo Region. Tickets are $20, or nothing if you show them your Bill Cosby ticket.
I don’t recognize any of the bands mentioned in the show link above, but hey, people have to start somewhere. Check out their profiles, see if you like them, and if you feel so inclined, snap up some tickets.
It should be an…interesting evening…I’m sure.
