As the mixed bag of 2017 gives way to the opportunity and renewal of 2018, it is time to look back and reflect on the year that was 2016. No friends, that is not a typographical error on my part. It seems I never got around to posting the damn news blooper compilation for that year, so I shall rectify that now.
Question: Whose bright idea was it to stick a news story featuring the phrase “emergency defecation situation” right before one about some poor sap getting sucked out of an airplane? I feel bad for the woman who had to try to read that.
