The story of Steven Lipsky, a Jersey City councilman who police allege urinated on a crowd of people from a nightclub balcony is pretty good on its own (unless you were underneath him I suppose), but Charles Hack (quite the name for a newspaper reporter) went the extra mile to make my day a little brighter when deciding who to quote in his story on the incident. Asked for comment was none other thanWillie Flood,who based on name alone should be an authority on this type of thing.
Strange side note: According to the article, Willie Flood is a woman. My brain cannot get itself around how something like that could happen no matter how hard it tries.
