One of the men charged after a snake was thrown in a Saskatoon Tim Hortons last year has received a six-month conditional discharge for mischief and causing a disturbance.
Christopher Cook, 21, will have to meet a number of conditions, including staying away from the Tim Hortons on the 600 block of 22nd Street W.
Police are still looking for Luke Apooch, the other guy in the video and according to what he’s said, the owner of the snake.
Speaking of which, he’d really like his snake back, please and thanks. Unfortunately for him, the police took it to a wildlife shelter which later released it back into the actual wild, where it’s probably better off than it would be with a guy who cared so much about it that he let his imbecile friend throw it at somebody for giggles.
