Two questions. What is permanent makeup, and if you wanted laser treatments and breast injections done, would you let someone do those to you on someone’s living-room sofa? If you see it here, you know the answer.
Hearing about how the supposed cosmetic surgeon almost tore off her patient’s eyebrows and then the patient threatened to report her to the police makes me think of our tattooed friend. Maybe she should make the threats when Conchita Sadiua Caspillo’s knife is nowhere near her.
I also love that the article says that a woman’s face was permanently scared. You mean she permanently looks scared? Oh, scarred. I see.
