“At 12:40 a.m. Sunday, Park Police arrested David Matthews of Carlton Avenue, Cohoes, who police allege forcibly touched and groped a 20-year-old woman near the Hall of Springs outside SPAC at 9:30 p.m. Saturday, according to City Court records.
“Park patrons directed police to the woman, who told police that Matthews, 18, had sexually abused her, Keefe said.”
